Our Team
Expertise - Excellence - Empathy...As a dental patient, can you dream of a better model for your dentist's office to run by?  We know that going to the dentist is not usually considered pleasant but more of a looming obligation.  At 1stINSMILES, we welcome these attitudes and enjoy changing the way people feel about our industry.

A patient recently responded to a survey we emailed him after his initial visit.  One of the questions was stated as follows:

Q: Please comment on anyone you met during your visit, things we could change, new services you would like to see, or other ways we can make you feel more comfortable...

His response is below:

Patients are saying:  "H
ow about everyone?  Does that about cover it?  It was competency nailed to A "T".  Someone there has instilled the exact principles of business I adhere to and try to instill in others.
Rick did not poke and prod at my fillings with sharp metal instruments (the summation of an experience I'd had with another "dentist").  He was reassuring and attentive to my tooth sensitivity and just exudes an heir of experience - and you know this man is going to fix you.
My father and mother asked me what I thought after my visit and I told them they need to see Rick and his staff to see how dentistry should be done.  All cost estimates were given to me before my dental work and in a "worst-case" scenario so I would have no surprises upon check-out.  Honesty and integrity, what more can you ask for?  I wish I would have known about him 15 years ago - I'd have a lot less issues now.
Really, you can get a Degree, but only a professional can "lead" a staff and separate themselves from the inferior competition.  Jeez - he has touched my pathetic teeth - and I know all will be okay.  Outstanding business!  Above all - Thank You All."
